Miss Mamie's is a video poker casino located at the intersection of I - 10 and HWY 95 in Duson, about 8 miles west of Lafayette. We have state of the art VLC, Summit video poker machines and the new IGT Game King. You choose to play either our nickel or our new quarter machines. We have promotions on a regular basis and also come in and sign up for the VIP card. Our staff is very fast, friendly and well trained and we are happy to say, most have been there since our opening day of December 28, 1999. Miss Mamie's is open all year long except for Christmas.
